We drove to Bartlesville after reading the reviews. Maybe our expectations were too high based on the many good reviews or maybe we were there when they were having an off day. They were very busy with lunch hour patrons. Anyway we were were a little disappointed. The lemon chicken and hot and sour soup were just ok. The portion of the lemon chicken seemed small compared to other restaurants in the area. Sadly we have been looking for a really great Chinese restaurant and this wasn't it.

Noodles tasted old, fried rice was just rice with soy sauce. When we complained we were still charged for food we couldn't tolerate eating. Unable to rate less than 1 star.

Szechuan is the BEST Chinese food around, and Amy and her crew are so funny and so great. Love this place so much. Definitely 5 star!!

Food was decent. I was looking forward to the Peppered Beef,but disappointed. It was mainly big chunks of G.P. and onions in alot of sauce! It was kinda pricey as well compared to other Chinese restaurants I've ate at.

Food was phenomenal, service was great. There was one woman running the front on her own, but you'd never know with how prompt she was. The moment any plate was emptied our server seemed to appear out of thin air to collect it, leaving nothing but perfectly crisp eggrolls and cold Pepsi products in her wake.Worth the drive from out of town and then some, and I've got lunch for tomorrow too.

This is the Chinese place that I compare others to. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The owner is hands on. She’ll occasionally close the restaurant to go on vacation. That’s because she’s the one there running the place the rest of the time.

It's inexpensive basic Chinese food, all your favorites but no duck or expensive offerings. Never greasy. Portion sizes are large, I always leave with a take out box. The place is clean and smells good, not greasy. It closes for a couple of hours between the lunch and dinner rush. Polite staff.

My family has gone to Szechuan for well over a decade. And before that we would eat at their storefront at the mall. It is by far the best Chinese food in town. The owners are always extremely friendly and know us, and other regulars, by name. It is always fresh and hot. I make it a point to eat here when I go home to visit. The sesame chicken is my all time favorite and I can't find it the same anywhere else!

Best in Bartlesville. Everything is freshly cooked to order. Premises is clean. Staff and owner are all very nice & chatty. Price wise, if you have the option, go at lunch, it's way cheaper and the amount of food doesn't seem to be that much less. I'm a creature of habit- and always get the Mongolian beef, add broccoli, and ask for no white onions, just the green onion shoots. It's always delicious. Try the veg. soup, as well. Just make sure your lunch time visit begins more than 30 minutes before she closes for the afternoon....

Ate there on Jan 29 2020 we ordered sesame chicken and sweet and sour pork the chicken was average but the pork was tasteless and instead of using whole pork they used ground pork the overall dining experience was good but I don't think I will be eating there anymore

This place has been here for years and consistently serves good food. Also I get enough food in each serving for 3 meals. We get take out weekly!

My husband and I were visiting from Dallas, where Chinese restaurants seem to be on almost every block. I can say that this place stands with the best of them! My husband is really picky about fried rice, he tried the combination fried rice here and really liked it. We were both pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn’t greasy at all. We also got the orange chicken, which was great! The pieces of chicken were huge and the sauce wasn’t too sweet. But my favorite item we ordered was the shrimp toast! It was so good! Shrimpy and crunchy on the outside and squishy on the inside. Loved it. The owner was also very sweet, it was a good experience and should we ever find ourselves here again, I think we’ll make it a point to stop by.
